‘GET PEACHY WITH MEASHY’ is a 6 week leg and glute focused programme which I have put together to help those who want to build lean muscle and tone up the lower body, essentially leaving you with strong perky glutes and great legs. The programme has 3 scheduled workouts for each week and is full of intense workouts, designed for those that purchase it to get the best results possible. The workouts in the programme vary from 45-90 minutes long and are gym based workouts.

Week one is body weight workouts, this is to ease in those who are new to the gym, or this style of training before commencing into the following weeks which include lifting weights. However, if you are someone who is advanced at the gym or would like to start week one using weights, this is completely fine and you can utilise the programme in whichever way you would like to. Once purchased, the programme is yours to keep forever, you can reuse it or refer back to workouts from the programme whenever you would like to.

I have tried to make this programme as simple as possible to understand and complete. I have included photographs and descriptions for some of the exercises and also work a 24 hour response to emails or messages. This way, if you need any exercises modified, questions answered, additional photograph or video descriptions sent through to you, I’m here to help.
