This equipment free workout can be performed anywhere.
It consists of 6 movements all of which are demonstrated in real time video format with written text stating its name & rep target.
Upon purchase, you will gain access to the workout folder which contains the videos of the movements in order. You will also receive a written version of the programme.
Follow this workout once a week in combination with my other beginner lower & upper body workouts for one month before trying an intermediate programme.
