20 MIN BODYWEIGHT HOME 6 PACK WORKOUT

This is a 20 minute equipment free home workout programme.

It challenges every core muscle from the abs to the obliques to the lower back, shoulders, thighs, buttocks & more.

It includes 4 rounds with 7 exercises in each round. Each exercise is performed back to back until the round is completed. It takes 5 minutes to complete each round, including a brief rest period between rounds.
