I have been a sportsman all my life & working in the fitness industry for the last 14 years. I devise training programmes which develop lasting strength, good posture, lean muscle, endurance, cardio, mobility & all-round athleticism while simultaneously keeping body fat levels at a healthy percentage & boosting overall health.
